「Got there at about 6. Desk clerk was in dining area eating. Hadn't had his lunch. About 4 of us had to wait 15 min to check in while he finished. Adjoining room door didn't lock. Took almost 2 hrs to get repaired. Asked for different room. Was declined. Beds fresh made but pile of old sheets in room. Broken/empty bathroom amenities on tub. Swimming pool not available. Had trouble getting elevator to floor. Then heard a loud bang and tried again. Then it came. Took stairs instead and after. ...

The towels in the bathroom had stains and were damp. I looked at the art on the wall and that somehow had mold too. Were those blood stains I noticed on the chair? Why was there a woman’s hair in the bathtub...
