“I loved my stay in this unique hotel in the heart of Vieux Quebec. I was in a 'superior queen' room facing the street, and it was spacious and very quiet, yet walking distance to everything. The bedding and towels were high quality, the temperature easy to adjust, and the rainfall shower was sublime. Hair and shower gel were from a Quebec maker and also high quality. Breakfast was generous and there was a coffee maker and fridge in the room. In other reviews, some people complain about size,……

“Well located. Modern decor and comfortable. Lacking in basic amenities like tea and coffee. A washer and dryer are available for use but no laundry powder oor liquid is provided”

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate.
