「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

Book a massage for the morning, tour about during the day and come back for a sauna, steam, and the hydropool in the evening - for one price. The Vasa museum and a 75 minute boat tour are musts. 「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Reisen in Stockholm. The location is fantastic, right by the river in the Old Town and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We considered buying travel cards but never needed them. Even in January, with snow and temperatures well below zero, it was easy and enjoyable to walk everywhere.
