「It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...

「The room was big, clean, with a nice view. However, it was said to be lockers at the basement, so if we arrived early, we can leave the luggage there. But there were only two lockers for the whole building, and they were always occupied until we left. This is kind of funny, since people should bring their luggage into their room after they checked in. Those lockers are either fake, or someone that is not living in this building took those for their own use.」

「There is no TV which is odd. Just a Bose CD player from the 90s. I understand there is no AC, but even with the window open it was significantly hotter in the room than even the hallway. This made it miserable to sleep. What's worse was the bedding and pillows. I ended up purchasing my own. The walls and doors are more than paper thin. Trust that you will here every scrape of a fork on your neighbors plate and every single word spoken outside the door or through the walls. Also, ALL of the doors...

「The worst experience ever. If we could give a minus of any number it would not even been enough. A message was sent to go in with a code on the door. THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery . There was one small small restroom that was not just the problem, there was no lock that works to close the door when you wanted to use the restroom /toilet.
