「We stayed for 4 nights at the Inn On the Avenue and had a lovely stay. Our hostess, Carol, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Starfish Room, and the room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Breakfast was also delicious - pancakes with a delicious array of toppings and then a rotating main dish. The B&B is located in the heart of the Flagler District, near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach.」

「Would definitely stay again! Hotel room decor was well designed. Had everything you could need as a traveler including cooktop, coffee maker, dish washer and microwave! The property owners clearly cared about renovating this place; our stay was beautiful. Only drawback (which property cannot control) are loud neighbors. Each room’s door faces outside and it can become loud in the morning with inconsiderate, noisy talking guests. Also, the cleaners need to sweep better. I will be returning for...

「Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.」
