“Expedite doesn't have good communication with DBH , a communication gap I believe the was unable to get information at the establishments that matched what I paid for. I was disappointed and choose to stay else where and funds in this adventure.”

“The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfortable! The location was great for us as we were there to go to Mesa Verde. Would would definitely recommend!”

“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. “This Motel wasn’t impressive from the outside, but give this place a chance. The room was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Pool was clean and the breakfast was great for a continental type serving.”

“Nice old vintage feeling hotel. With working neon sign ! The lobby has beer decorations and the owner was very nice. Room was clean and everything worked in there. Yeah there was some small stuff with drywall a Karen could complain about but it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!”

“Room was ok. Spa smelt like bleach and the water stung my eyes but after a 9 hour drive it was nice. Fire alarm went off at 6 am so got back on the road early. Breakfast was ok.”

“Charged us for the hotel stay one day early, before we even arrived, and when we called about it, the front desk was rude and angry at us, even though no hotel we've EVER stayed at charges a day early, she acted like it was completely normal. WORST ROOM I'VE EVER STAYED IN. A shoebox, with no room to move, the bed took up all the space in the room. PAY TE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY ELSEWHERE. It's not worth it, trust me. We left a day early because it was unbearable.”

“My room was sparkling clean with a private bathroom. There was no place to hang anything in the bathroom and no shelves. There was a pedestal sink with a narrow edge. I had much difficulty setting out toiletries. There is only parking on the street which is often used by locals who frequent the bar across the street. When I returned from my daytime activities, I had to park at least a block away. On the weekends, the bar has live entertainment outside which is very noisy until about 9-10 pm. The……
