“Nice clean room, perfect for what we needed. Cooked breakfast wasn't amazing but the kids loved it and the continental breakfast was lovely. For the price we paid for two nights you would spend that on two breakfasts for 4 people. Would recommend ”

Guest kitchen area/breakfast room fully stocked with with various breakfast items ranging from eggs to bread, fresh pots of fruit, cerial, pastries and even fresh coffee if thats what you desire. I would definitely recommend this B&B.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“It was a very nice room in a seperate building at the back of the pub by the car park. It even had a small fridge as well as Kettle and coffee etc. Very quiet, nice location. Looks like a nice pub too but I didn't try it.”

“I love this little gem of a pub and have been staying here for at least the past 15 years whenever I am in the area for regular work. Andy and Adele make a great team with delicious food, a good variety of beers, wines, cocktails etc and a lovely fire to keep us all cosy and warm, oh and the fish pie was really delicious! 😋”

“Room was lovely and warm. Great shower, excellent choice of TV channels, room service was a bonus and delicious and the breakfast was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful and historic, the grounds are kept beautifully too. A great stay and would definitely stay again. Fabulous price as well!”

“It was good value for the money I paid. Booked 2 hours in advance online and checked-in without any hassles. Reception staffs I can say are extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast included with only £4.50 extra. Plenty of spaces for car parking. Room condition was decent considering the low price of stay. ”
