"The room was recently renovated and it is very nice, the mattresses and pillows were excellent and so comfortable. The walk-in shower was awesome and plenty of hot water. The coffee is fresh ground - delicious. The staff were kind and friendly and check in was spot on. I stayed at a Hampton the night before and this was so much better. "

"The property and the staff were great. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Particularly appreciated the 24-hour access to free coffee and tea. Over the last few weeks, I have stayed at multiple hotels in the Richmond area while attending training near the airport. Although hotel location is about 15-20 minutes away, it is by far the best hotel I have stayed in and much better than the options closer to the airport."
