「The hotel was clean, the breakfast was decent, the gentleman doing the breakfast bar was funny and engaging. The desk staff should take pointers. They were cordial but I didn’t feel a welcoming vibe, just this is my job. There was a second person who never looked up from her computer while I checked in. I would stay again because the hotel really was decent.」

「The hotel is nice. It sits basically alongside the Bass Pro Shop. Rooms have stove, but no pots, pans or utensils. Hotel is off the interstate, you do hear the traffic. The front desk is not staffed full time, key is required for entry into building and all areas at all times. Main floor constantly smelled like cigarette smoke.」

「Great place to stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I’ve stayed here maybe 20+ nights and it’s always clean, comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended. Will continue to be my go to when I’m in Richmond. About every other week. Banika, at the front desk, is fantastic, remembers me every time, is hard working and always personable. 」

「I dont love Holiday Inn because they have opposed political change for years that I care about, so i would have never chosen a Holiday Inn to stay at, but this was a very new building , the room was clean, and I was near the elevator, but it was quite anyway. This room was chosen for me. Im honest, so I am giving them a good review, but I will NEVER chose Holiday Inn because of their corporate political activism. 」
