「The property is amazing! The owners have put so much work in to restoring it, and have so much pride in their work. The couple are so generous in sharing their home! The breakfast was amazing as well!」

「Attractive tiny house, well equipped, peaceful neighborhood, convenient to town. Bedroom is a bit small, but living area and bath (with shower and washer/dryer) are good sized. Helpful owner suggested Brix local restaurant we really liked too. Nearby Upper Umpquah waterfalls, hiking, river rafting made a nice vacation.」

「The house was very clean and close to town. We were steelhead fishing so it was a central location for the North and South Umpqua rivers. There were plenty of amenities for preparing our meals. The game board collection and bath towel supply were added bonuses. We didn't use the washer and dryer but it was nice that laundry soap was provided if we needed to!」

「Photos didnt do this place justice! It was amazing. Just gorgeous. Cozy, private, just what we were looking for! Log house was spacious,modern,and comfortable, dare i say luxurious! The price was so reasonable too. Had everything we could possibly dream of needing! Would have been nice to know there was a gas grill there, we didnt bring steak bc we thought there was only a briquette style grill. Was a bit nervous when we saw the neighbors' place- was quite run down. But no one bothered us, and...
