芝加哥埃文斯頓市中心酒店住宿推介

「My flight to Chicago got diverted because of terrible weather. I messaged the hotel in advance to cancel the first night and asked for a refund/discount. No one replied. When I checked in I explained again and all I got was 'hotel policy'. I had been in similar situations before with other holiday inn(in Japan) and they refunded me. Hotel policy or not, I did not stay in your room for one night. Charging me USD180 for nothing is not the best hotel service. I rarely gave bad reviews but this was...

「员工热情，公用停车场就在边上傍车方便，离轨道交通近有点噪。」

「I checked in early and dropped the luggage off first. The front desk told me that i could come back around 2pm and the room should be ready. I went back around 2:45 and was told the room is not ready. (which is fine, i know the official check in time is 3pm) the lady in the front desk told me she msged the house keeping but the room is just not ready. i asked couple more times when will the room be ready, and they couldn't give me answer and just kept saying that they are still waiting for the...

「Love it! Very close to the lake and the NU campus!」

「It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. I didn't ask for anything, but they treated us to a bottle of white wine and a box of chocolate, which was above my expectations! Beyond that, they upgraded us to a corner room. It means a lot to us because of the Taste of Chicago event, I got to see the fireworks from the huge windows. Highlighted our honeymoon, thank you,...

「This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes). Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging...
