“We were just for an overnight”

“We had rooms connected and the room my husband and the boys were in didnt have hot water in my room the ac didnt work right it was hot in my room the bed was to hard majority of the hotel smelled like pot i could hear music so loud i was having issues sleeping also i paid over 600 for 2 rooms that was outrageous ”

“This place was NOT clean!! The floors were not swept, mopped, or vacuumed. Everything was still dirty. The countertops had coffee on them the walls had spills and puddles on the baseboards. Bathroom sink and vanity not cleaned and hair and stubbles in the sink BUT the absolute worst part was when we pulled the bed down and the sheets were not washed. I swear to you there were so many pubic hairs in the sheets, a few regular long black hairs on the sheets and pillow cases and stains on the……

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I……

“The pool was nice, I wish they offered more fruit for breakfast but what they did offer was pretty good”

“I did NOT stay there. The property is run down, I was given 2 different rooms and both were very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, tubs were moldy. The first room #301 bathroom looked like a child was repairing the caulking and grout. Unbelievable how poor this property is. ”

“Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.”

“The room was adequately clean for the price we paid. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot.Breakfast was meager stick with cereal, waffles, or bagels. They do need to clean the glass doors and mirrors better. They were grossly smeared going into the breakfast area and ruined the first impression that you get when you walk in”

“Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!”
