「The property is spectacular. A team of welcoming staff are there to greet you upon arrival and support your every need throughout your stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with olive groves, cedars, and gardens. We loved lying in the hammocks and listening to the chicalas. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, our dinner at il rondini was equally delicious and the local musical entertainment was a great touch. 「此酒店的客服使我非常滿意, 不論是reception或是餐飲侍應都非常有禮和專業, 食物質數高 ; 房間大和整潔舒適, 住地面的這一層就方便, 但冇景觀可言, 住一樓景觀好, 而且房間也是最大, 有衣帽間, 巨大洗手間和巨大的房間 ; 我們住得好悏意, 去這酒店一定要自駕遊, 否則都好難去到」

「还不错的酒店，离主要汽车站5分钟路程，出行方便，设施、服务等都还不错，早餐也丰富可以，唯一缺点就是没电梯，楼梯搬行李，也没办法老房子改造的。总体很好。」

「酒店就位于水井广场，广场上有几间餐厅，还有两家冰淇淋店，其中一家排好长队的就是拿了冰淇淋世界冠军的，我们试左两次，好吃。酒店内部环境唔错，好有小镇风情，早餐区有一排玻璃窗，可一边欣赏托斯卡纳景色，一边品尝美食。美中不足的是卫生间的地砖沾水后容易滑倒，要改善下。」

「We could not be happier with our stay at Il Verreno. We arrived late on our first night and they were able to hold our table in the restaurant for dinner. My husband had Coeliac disease and not once did we have to tell the staff, they had a note in file and every single one of them remembered for the whole trip. They made changes to the menu for him, ensuring he had gluten free bread and pasta etc. the service was excellent throughout the hotel, the hotel was clean and the rooms are beautiful....

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena.
