「Avoid Sheraton. Getting room took hours after 4:00 pm check in. Another day rooms never cleaned despite twice (midday & afternoon) asking desk staff to please handle: was told it would be done. Arrived at hotel at 9:00 pm to both rooms never being cleaned. Very unsupportive and rather surly night desk mgr said too bad, cleaners are gone. Many superior hotels in same area, so why bother with Sheraton.」
「Room was fine, quiet and clean. The property as a whole is pretty run down. Not in a great part of town for safety. Does its job if you just need a bed. Don’t leave valuables in your car!」
「The Captain's Quarters was an amazing place to stay for a week! Super clean, comfortable beds, amenities galore, and within walking distance to everything in Canal Park. Communication with the host is excellent... always available to answer questions. Highly recommend staying here for your Duluth vacation!」
