「We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage! A very peaceful and comfortable spot, with a pretty and welcoming interior. Communication from our hosts was helpful and timely. We did not take advantage of the proximity to Jay Cooke Park and other beautiful natural areas this time, but could easily see why this would be a great spot to stay for such adventures! 」

「What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised with Park Point Marina. After a lackluster stay at the Radisson, we switched to here for our second night's stay in Duluth. Since we came in the winter, the prices were very reasonable, but even during peak season, Park Place is still worth what i assume are premium prices.
First impressions were that the resort has tons of character. It doesn't rely on huge open spaces like most hotels, but instead offers a cozy, very homely "up north" costal cabin...

「Such a solid location to explore from, I really enjoyed the historic building and the beautiful view of the busy main street below. Very reasonably priced, great snacks for a short stay and restaurant attached for a meal. Thanks for the lovely trip.」
