「This property is central to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and it is excellent value for money. We are booked to go again in December.」

「Quick easy check in. Clean hotel. Breakfast service perfect. Very helpful staff. Great hotel overall」

「Quiet peaceful location」

「The property was under a remodel and we were completely unaware. Some of the lights in the room did not work and the shower head leaked. There were holes in the floorboards and several floorboards felt like they would fall through. We had to walk around spots on the floorboards to avoid the sensation of possibly falling through. We stayed in 3 different premier hotels and this one was stand alone horrible. Thankfully we checked in late and left at dawn. Fan in the bathroom did not work either....

「Booked this for a Morecambe break. We spent most of the day around Morecambe promenade and barely needed to plan transport. Nice having the breakfast back at the hotel.」

「Pros-comfortable bed, private garden area, nicely updated kitchen and bathroom and central location Cons-uncomfortable couch, wobbly table and only 2 towels provided for 8 nights. Had to buy an entire box of laundry soap as host didn't provide any (left for next traveler). This has been provided at every previous vrbo in north america and Scotland」

「Incredible stay for such a charming town. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable」

「Great place to stay close to the water and reasonable distance into Edinburgh」

「Close to the train and grocery store. Quaint home, clean and comfortable. Loved staying here.」

「Das Haus war schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und ordentlich und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. In der Umgebung ist alles was man täglich braucht fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist gut.」

「Pet-friendly」

「Directions were inadequacy. Need more detailed instructions and its difficult to find on Google maps. Even the taxi service could not find the place. You should consider stocking real coffee, real milk and cream. For the price we paid to stay with you, real coffee needs to be included. It's an art to make people feel welcome and want to return or at least recommend your apt. so please think more about this. Directions for using the appliances are necessary....we had difficulty getting the stove...

「Nice apartment in a lovely village. The guest book was a nice touch and we gleaned a good tip from previous guests' comments: free parking at Rosyth train station for an easy day-out in Edinburgh.」
