“The only thing I would "complain" about would be the construction outside our apartment. It was noisy early in the morning and when we went outside the dust from the things flying around got in our hair and on our clothes. The workers were very polite and considerate. We would've preferred having a heads up about what was happening before arriving. We would come back and stay, as we really enjoyed the apartment. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. “We did enjoy our room, but there wasn't much of a view because of the sand dunes. Access to the beach was pretty simple, but the steps near the outside shower were very steep, and there's no hand rail.We walked everywhere and felt very safe, even at night.Check out Lynch's Irish Pub on First St. and their good beer selection. And get an amazing burger at Tides Beach Bar and Grill. LandShark at Margaritaville has a great menu! Breakfast at Metro Diner is a MUST!We can't wait to visit JAX Beach……

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
