「The property is not new so if you are looking for something luxurious you may be disappointed. The food, staff, and atmosphere were amazing. Very relaxing. 」

「The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or...

「Every time we flushed the toilet, an awful septic smell came up in our room… Also the air conditioner did not work…」

「The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. 」
