“I really like the location and all the waiters were super friendly and they have really good customer service (waiters),, but for a 4 stars resort hotel it wasn't what I expected,, first day the toilet broke, I tried to use room telephone it didn't work either,, I have to used my cell to get help from the front desk to repair the toilet,, we couldn't sleep the first night because the bed headboard was loose with every little movement was to noisy, I have call to the fronk desk from my cell phone……

“The Hotel is breath taking despite going through some renovations. The rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They truly go above and beyond for us guests. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to Cabo.”
