“Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to……

“The hotel is a little dated but the staff made up for it. Check in was easy and the man was very kind. Breakfast was delicious and staff were constantly cleaning and restocking the buffet. Very hard workers! The room was quiet and the pool was large!”

“Room was clean and breakfast was great. The water from the shower was barely warm and should have more than two towels in the room.”

“The Granville Inn is a beautiful inn built in 1925. The architectural details were magnificent; workmanship that no longer exists. We had dinner in the restaurant & it was excellent. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment in that it was rather small & plain but still very clean & serviceable. I think it was just a bit of a letdown given the impressiveness of the in overall.”
