"Checking out in the morning was a nightmare. We have brought our dog who is 14 years old chocolate lab. And the elevators were broken and the front desk did not help or acknowledge that it was broken, carried our dog down. There was no sign that the elevator was broken. There were stains on our bed sheets and the room was not maintained properly after driving 12 hours on the road. We will not be returning. "
