"Crowne Plaza Zhongguancun is higher quality than comparably priced hotels in the area. It is spotless, has beautiful decoration, and the rooms are clean, nice, and quiet. The fitness center is high quality and well maintained. The breakfast is better and more fresh than other comparably priced hotels in Beijing.
What really stands out is the service. Head concierge Joseph Du is extremely sharp and communicative, and is able to arrange just about anything you need. He may be the best head concierge I have ever encountered. The staff has good English skills and are also very sharp; if you speak Chinese, all the better - they have impeccable customer service.
