There were many freebies in the room and delicious breakfast, and the staff even installed a safe bed rail since my baby was traveling with us. Unfortunately the bed was still a bit small for our family of three, and the hotel was very kind to allow us an early checkout and refund us for the remaining evenings. The five star review reflects the hotel’s responsiveness and willingness to work with their guests. "
