" would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. When I went down to report it, the receptionist reacted as though I was being dishonest, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. I was eventually offered another room, which thankfully didn’t smell, but getting there required walking through hallways that stank heavily of marijuana. I raised this concern as well, but nothing was done. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were far below acceptable standards. The shower pressure was abysmal, making it difficult to even have a proper wash. There was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival—we had to request it ourselves, which should never happen in a hotel. On top of that, we were told there were no parking spaces available, despite this being something we expected as guests. What made the experience even more frustrating was being asked to pay a £100 deposit at check-in. Given the state of the hotel—dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained—it felt almost offensive to be asked for such a deposit when it’s hard to imagine causing any damage worse than what’s already there. To make matters worse, I even saw a mouse on the ground floor, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"

"To be fair the outside doesn’t do the inside any favours, it does not look much at all! However the staff were great, friendly and very helpful. They helped book a taxi and let us know when it arrived. They couldn’t do enough to help and check we were happy every time we past reception. The room was small but functional and comfortable. A small hidden gem, perfect for exploring London, trains only 100m down the road and affordable on a budget. Would recommend"
