「Will definitely go back」

「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

「This is a nice, comfortable, convenient hotel, at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is outstanding. Our main complaint was service at dinner (at least for later dinners) which was incredibly slow. 」

Our breakfast was delicious and staff were kind to prepare a special dietary meal for my husband. Will definitely visit The Essex again.」
