“a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”

“Great time...close to the beach or the bay”

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”

“Three of us were in town for a Navy reunion. This was the perfect place for us. There are 3 bedrooms. Pretty small, but perfect if you just need a bed and dresser. Nice little sitting area and eating area. It was really very cozy. The real plus is the location. It was just 2 blocks from a coffee shop, another block to a liquor store and convenience store. Then another block to the beach. There is better beach access a few blocks down the road. It just depends what you need. Once at the beach,……

“This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property.”

“Location was very close to ferry and to the beach. There were accommodations like usage of bikes and others when the weather was still bit cool for the beach. Host was nice to offer meeting at the ferry with a wagon to help with belongs and such. Would book it again. ”
