「Great spot!」

「Very sparsely furnished, furniture was worn. With no decor it felt very cold and sterile.」

「Great location.」

「Great location.」

「Nice property, great location, safe, clean and super easy check out process Would be nice to be able to control temp, it was a little chilly Love that there is parking off street provided but space is tight next to utility pole especially if 2 cars are in spot next to it」

「This is our 3rd time staying in on of Ken’s properties. Always clean,, plenty of room, and great directions for parking and getting into the rental. The location is perfect and close to everything downtown Dubuque.」

「Easy check in. The host immediately answered any questions I had.」

「Perfect for our needs!」

「We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go on our visit to Dubuque. A good brewery is next door and a good bistro is half a block away. Other coffee shops are a block away and a top notch eatery a block away with the Carnegie-Stout Public Library about three blocks away.」

「Great place to stay. Conveniently located and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet.」

「The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall.」

「Excellent stay, check in/out process was very smooth!」

「Thank you! It was great. We’ll be back. 」

「Clean, pretty, convient. Loved it. Will stay again!」

「Great property」

「Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)」
