“We had a wonderful stay. The studio was clean, comfortable, and in such a beautiful area. One of our favorite parts was taking walks around the neighborhood—it was so peaceful, safe, and scenic. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the full-sized, good quality shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. “Our family felt very welcomed. The supplies that were prepared for breakfast and just general snacks and drinks were so helpful. My kids really loved the pancake mix! It felt that our whispers of what we needed were already thought about and prepared. It was very clean and well-labeled for ease in finding things. We loved the space and set up of the living area. Communication was very quick and positive with the host. This was a great option for us to stay at while visiting family in the area!”

“I cannot overstate how awesome Darla, our host, was in organizing a stay at this lovely, little-but-spacious, and well appointed spot. My favorite part of this unit was the foldout to the pet-forward fully-enclosed patio. Felt completely safe and comfortable leaving my dog out to bask in the sun (her favorite activity) while doing other things in the unit. “The property was clean and had most anything you need. The only issues we had was at check in, we noticed no water was turned on in the house. Had to call the host and wait an hour and a half for the water to be turned on to be able to shower or use the restroom!! A little ridiculous the water wasn’t already on in the house before check in! The only other thing that we noticed is the big trench/dip to get to the area you have to park in the back yard. If you have a small car your bumper/frame……

“I booked the Loft Apartment in DT Clayton as a layover between selling my home and my move to South Florida. the Boat Dani was amazing, communicative, responsive and very easy to work with. the apartment was clean, well taken of and appointed with all our needs for our 10 day stay even with our ESA pets. We truly felt at home and enjoyed our stay and the amenities the Lofts offered including being in our familiar downtown area with so many good and entertainment options. If ever back in town ai……
