Silent & romantic, but the room a bit cold in autumn & winter

Newly renovated, staffs are ready to help and prompt respond. Kitchen setup is good enough for travel cooking. To my expectation.

Great location, pharmacy and grocery store close by, free street parking just outside of the apartment across the street, good provision of cooking utensils, pretty much what we needed, had clothes drying racks so that came in handy, apartment staff was friendly and talkative. Can get a bit noisy if your apartment unit faces the main road and tram line. Room service was generally good but sometimes you have to ask for refilling of toiletries. Overall very satisfied with the place.

It was a fantastic stay with DFZ, I was well notified in advance for all the info. that I needed and staffs responded my email enquiries promptly. Located in a quiet environment yet walkable distance to shops, restaurant and public transportation. Highly recommended!

Great except the inhouse parking lot was not available due to damage if the garage door

Henry, manager, was helpful at all time. The one bad thing was not easy to find the paking if you did not ask the receptionist.
