“Host was easy to communicate with. Amenities were dirty, some were broken, insufficient kitchen linen and towels. Broken furniture. Out side area dirty and insufficient places to sit and enjoy. T.V unable to use. Had to unblock shower drain in one bathroom.Host replaced linen and cues for pool table. But overall it spoiled my first day having to keep contacting host everytime we discovered more problems.”

“The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. Wasn’t until the owner came down a day before check out that it was fixed but it was too cold that day. Overall was really……

“We recently stayed with Valley Ranges Getaways and unfortunately had a mixed experience.Toward the end of our stay, we discovered water leaking through a ceiling downlight into the living room. This was quite concerning given it involved water coming through an electrical fixture, and it impacted our ability to use the main living area comfortably.
