Very nice clean and comfortable property. Only issue was the main reason this room was booked was the washer/ dryer that was said to be included when we booked, but there was no washer or dryer.

Absolutely amazing apartment, steps away from the Castle. Spacious, modern but historic. We were very happy with our stay. Location is great, close to Royal Mile and GrassMarket areas but also close to Dean Village and New Town. Close enough to the action but a very quiet street, and stepping out with an amazing view of the castle was so cool. Amazing courtyard garden was a highlight along with modern kitchen with high quality coffee maker and appliances. Sometimes these ‘aparthotels’ scare us a bit as there is no real reception if there are issues, but the one question we had was promptly answered via email. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This was the PERFECT location and setup for us as a family of four with two kids (young enough to sleep together on a pull out couch). It was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We could have used a fan a few times since we were there during a heat wave, but that was the only issue!

The location of this property is amazing! The back drop of the castle was fantastic. There was surprisingly a lot of space in the studio apartment. Extremely comfortable and an aspect of the garden to look out of over meal times. There was some issues with the maintenance of the property that the owner was quick to get back to us on. The tv was not a smart up to date tv so we were unable to watch our shows. Note; Bring your own fire stick!

The property was in a fantastic location to explore the city. The apartment was large with ample room for our family if 4. Good shower with complimentary toiletries. The kitchen area also had everything to get us started (a few more glasses would have helped). We were very pleased with the accommodation and having somewhere to store our bags before and after was also very welcomed. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Amazing spot right near the castle. We loved everything about this apartment. The only downside was doing a load of washing as the washer dryer goes for about 5 hours so we had to take wet clothes to our next destination. I’d suggest to the owner buying a dryer on its own. Apart from that it was perfect

This was an amazing find! Not only was this apartment very comfortable and roomy, but location was excellent. The owners were 5 star. We landed and got in early from a red eye flight and they were able to accommodate us for an early check in. We had some trouble with the hot water at one point due to some tinkering that a previous guest had done. I messaged the owner and they responded and came to to fix the issue very quickly. It was not their fault, but they still gave us some money off our bill for the inconvenience! The apartment was clean and felt very safe. Parking is expensive, but very close to the apartments. If you want the convenience of being in walking distance to the Royal Mile without all the hustle and bustle this place is great. Would definitely stay here again.
