Great, hospitable staff. Fantastic amenities, including the daily snack box. Free happy hour at the hotel pub: 1 hour of free beers and wine from 5pm to 6pm, best deal on planet earth. A perfect location to explore Edinburgh without being in the touristy and loud area. It is a beautiful hotel with absolutely wonderful staff. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. The room was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay, and should we return to Edinburgh, we will definitely stay here again. Cheers!

I arrived early and the staff were helpful and patient with all my questions. They stored my luggage and gave me directions to spend the morning while room would’ve prepared. When my ‘Wee Single’ room was ready, luggage was brought up for me. Staff were always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations too!

Everything from the moment we checked in, to when we checked out has been fabulous. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a brilliant one.
