Check in was very easy and straightforward. Communication with the host was excellent. The cottage was clean and welcoming. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. A few small discrepancies with the advertised amenities ( lack of coffee machine and shortage of kitchen crockery ) were addressed in a kind and caring manner. Located just a couple of miles from North Berwick and surrounded by pretty farmland.

This three-bedroom cottage was an absolute delight for our family of five. It’s wonderfully spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathrooms are lovely and generously sized, with excellent showers and a large bath.The kitchen is also very spacious and well equipped with everything we could have needed. There was a fireplace ready to light, which was a lovely touch, although we mainly used the cottage as a place to sleep while visiting family, so we didn’t make full use of the kitchen or fireplace.
