This property is unique in that it is incredibly well-located in the city center next to transportation hubs and both New Town and Old Town while maintaining a reasonable cost. The rooms are small but the finishes are high quality and well-maintained. The staff is very warm and approachable and it is encouraged to use the 24 hour”bar”/lounge as a third space as needed. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable there!

Location was excellent. Staff was helpful. We had to wait 4 hours to get into our room. Arrived at hotel at 11am and couldn’t check in until 3pm. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location next to the train station and many restaurants. Also, convenient to the St. Andrew’s tram stop and various busses. The room was very small but comfortable - our only complaint was that the bed was incredibly hard. But that is a matter of preference and we prefer soft beds!

Friendly staff at reception. Hotel in need of some upgrade, room door very hard to and had to ask housekeeper to show me. Central location is a plus point with lots of dining options. Close to attractions. Room views not the greatest and there aren’t many options to choose from anyway when booking. Overall okay.

I would highly recommend staying here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The lounge/bar area is super cute and cozy. Our room was adorable, with a comfy bed. The location was ideal for all our adventures and walking around. With great views from the lounge. We didn't have a "view" from our room but that was one thing that we done care about as we were only ever there to sleep.

Despite being in the middle of some construction/ painting, my stay was delightful. The staff were all charming and very helpful. Location is ideal for city center. I was also pleasantly surprised with a well appointed breakfast. Would absolutely recommend!!!
