「Luxury apartment with 24 hours reception and house keeping. Only 5 minutes walk to underground station and Hyde Park. Adjacent to the museums. My room is on M/F which does not have any view, but is still bright and vey quiet. There are washing machine with drying function and dish washer. However, it will be nice if the tea bags can be refilled and body wash can be provided.」

「We were arriving earlier than check-in and needed someplace for our bags. Our room was being cleaned when we arrived and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room and were given the key. When we returned for the night, the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. 」

「位置很好，离主要景点坐地铁都很近，离地铁站步行5分钟、巴士站步行1分钟；装修很不错，设施很新有厨房洗衣机洗碗机客厅，让人有家的感觉；服务是24小时的，没到入住时间可以先免费寄存行李然后回酒店时打电话给前台开门，这一点非常加分；不满意的是卫生，洗衣机里有上一位客人留下的很多毛线残留，脏得我们没法使用，橱柜里也有没吃完的零食。」

「I stayed at 12 London Street Apartments last week and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and any queries effortless. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants.
