"Very deceiving description of this rental. Heaters did not work, showers and hot water were a major issue, we arrived to a freezing cold environment with a 4 month old. They turned a shed-like environment into a rental that is not ideal for families and the water issue was completely unsafe for kids. For the one minute the water would get hot, it was scalding and burned our 7 year old. "

"Had a pleasant stay at Rest Boutique. Conveniently located steps away from the tube station and the Portobello market.
Clean, well appointed Aparthotel unit with fresh linen and towels. Well-equipped kitchen available.
Note: There is no front desk and check-in has a process. Instructions are clear though.

"Room was ok clean for what only you could see but at a height dust was in all the high places of the room parts of the rooms that normally you can’t see, perfect location great value for money. Small shower but I would definitely stay again."

"Very welcoming apartment, warm and thank you for the opportunity.
Apart from a stained mattress cover near the feet and burnt iron spot in bedroom on carpet.
A Hot water signage to be stuck next to taps, water too hot.
All went well, a very comfy home.
