“The parking was 10min walk Staff wasn't helpful Bathroom sink was clogged There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it.”

“The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. ”

“it was very disgusting. food you didn't even have anything to choose from.. almost always the same options. considering the very high amount I paid. wifi no I didn't have access. I don't recommend. ”

“Hotel was closed and in poor rundown condition when I arrived with my ORBITZ confirmed resrvation.”

“I don’t know where to start ! It’s very clean so I don’t have anything to say about the hygiene. Staff is very friendly and nice! However the food was very bad ! It was not what I expected. Also at the check they have told us that the are different restaurants with different cuisines which was not true at all! All the restaurants served the same food! They also said that there was an Asian restaurant and also that was a lie! Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t go back ! Ps they don’t have……
