“ I booked this hotel through Hotels.com as All Inclusive, which clearly stated that meals and drinks were included. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the booking only covered breakfast only. There were no inclusive drinks, no lunch or dinner, and no minibar access. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed that my booking should have included full meals and drinks. The issue has been escalated to their resolution team. “The hotel rates its self basic and has 2 stars and I feel it gives more back than that, so rate it excellent compared to what we expected. Room was plain but clean with fresh towel. Balcony basic. Breakfast was fab, the staff were very friendly. Pool not very clean and sun lounge area basic but we didn’t come to lie about the pool so this didn’t bother us. We would come again for the price we paid. The hotel is a nice walk away from the main shops, about 10mins. Bar prices very reasonable,……

“Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr schön dass es bis später serviert wird. Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal hier, und werden gerne wiederkommen.”

“Es war Sauber, nur etwas herunter gekommen- zweckmäßig Das Wasser zum Duschen- eine Druckerhöhung wäre schon ein cooles Ding, wenn man im 4. /5. OG nächtigen muss. Diverse Gegenstände (Duschwand Schränke ... ) könnten auch so langsam überholt werden. Ansonsten hat es uns gereicht ”

“La ubicación estuvo bien , no es en la linea de playa pero a 5 min andando. La atención muy buena. Lo único a destacar es que la comida estaba preparada sin más, podrían haberse esforzado un poco en que tuviese mejor sabor teniendo en cuenta que había poca variedad de platos. Además que en nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba ”

“We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel……

“Tuvimos una estancia perfecta en este hotel en Mallorca. La vista es simplemente espectacular, una de las mejores que hemos disfrutado. Despertar cada día con ese paisaje fue una experiencia inolvidable. Todo estuvo excelente: la limpieza, la comodidad de la habitación y la atención del personal. El ambiente es tranquilo, hermoso y perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que visite Mallorca. ¡Una experiencia……
