“The room was grossly overpriced and misrepresented in the photos and descriptions - no screens on any door or window, no umbrella for the deck, no fan, no microwave, etc. Staff said screens have been backordered since last April.”

“Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei! Doppelbetten gebucht und Küche, bekommen haben wir ein Doppelbett und ein furchtbares Klappbett, welches dann für einen völlig überfüllten Raum gesorgt hat. Die Küche bestand aus einer mobilen Herdplatte, die nur halbwegs funktioniert hat. In der Lobby war gegen 19:45 keiner mehr, alles wurde über eine Ringkamera geklärt. Auf unsere Nachfrage bzg eines Zimmerwechsels wurde seitens der Unterkunft nicht reagiert. Sehr schade und für das Gebotene völlig überteuert.”

“The owner was on property so when we didn't have the right code for the door he reset right then and there and introduced himself. Very helpful! Check in was easy, they sent in helpful texts prior to check in, and check out. Very responsive.”
