“We thought we were going to be staying in the castle but ended up in the garden room. the room was nice but had a very small uncomfortable bed. this should have been explained upon booking and we could have upgraded. The staff and breakfast was excellent!”

“很有历史的一家酒店，也是入住后看餐厅里的资料才知道还有个鬼屋传说。闹鬼的马厩已经改装成大厅，还可以承接婚礼。周围是农场，很美，但是没有什么可转的地方。住宿的价格是非常实惠了，但是餐厅不便宜。菜做得很像样，进餐前在酒吧尝了杯scotch，好喝。”

“This characterful and unique property was just as pictured in an ideal setting and very convenient for St Andrews which is approx 4 miles away. Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options. Our room was vast and offered access directly onto the well maintained grounds. Being so self contained it would have been ideal for those wishing to bring their dog but unfortunately the……

“This is a converted pub with an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor. Food very good cooked to taste, no breakfast offered/available. Rooms clean but dated. TV not tuned in, only BBC channels available. Good shower/bathroom. ”

“Nice accommodation in good area, room a little small but clean, warm & comfortable bed, slept well, lovely breakfast. Would certainly stay again, there is only 6 rooms & all up stairs so wouldn’t recommended if any difficulty with walking as no lift. On returning i would request a slightly bigger room & on the first floor. ”

“amazing facility with history of its own. 17th and 18th holes in your windows view. Walking in Old Course for morning is really blessing experience.”

“My second time staying. This time the sweet had a beautiful expanded and modern kitchen. However, virtually no dishes, pots or pans and no cutlery. Needless to say it was a beautiful kitchen, but not as much use except to keep things in the fridge. Manager should at least add some cutlery.”

“The building looks lovely from the outside, however there was some niggling problems, no staff to meet and greet or issue keys and rooms, just email instructions to use door key fob for access to the building and rooms, quite steep stairs especially for us who struggle with stairs, in my room, the toilet seat was loose to sit on, single bed wasn't very comfortable and duvet barely covered the bed”
