“Staff was not helpful at all. When we entered the room at 3pm, the room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Reached out to the staff and they said all we ca do is try to get ahold of the owner. Called the hosting company and they said we would get late check out at 12pm but a housekeeper with out knocking came into the room at 11pm. Support over phone said we would receive a credit and still haven’t received it. Overall was a horrible stay and would not recommend! PLS BOOK ELSEWHERE! ”

“Disappointing and heart breaking! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with great views but filthy. The carpets were disgusting and stained, the walls dirty, the bathroom had mold, the washer was disgusting. A closet door was broken. It was sad to stay in nice place with potential, a good deep cleaning can turn it around. The facilities were ok, the pool and seating areas needed some up keeping. It had great views, parking was easy, however I will never stay there again as the the place……

“Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer.
Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage.
Bref, vous trouverez facilement mieux tout proche et dans les meme prix.”

“Expected more for the price. Was a decent place but many things were either outdated or broken. Our door was propped open because the lockbox did not work making us feel uneasy when we arrived. Parking very confusing, took us a couple of tries to find the correct spot because the address is correct on Google Maps but does not direct you to the right place. Seemed more like I was out of place and not very comfortable.”
