My TV didn't work and I was INFESTED with small ants even in my bed! Brought it to the attention of staff and they said their General Manager wasn't on due to do anything. No sleep, ants in my stuff and staff unable to fix the situation. Nothing else open so stuck here in ANT LAND. I dont even have food in my room so they couldn't have cleaned good if I have ants...they dont even have a vacuum or bug spray for me to use. No new sheets. This place is the worst for customer service.

The TV cable service was not working for the whole hotel for the 4 days we were there. One of the elevators made scary grinding noises and the permit expired 7/31/2024 (1 1/2 years ago). The other elevator was out of service. There was a cockroach on the ceiling above the bed that we had to eliminate. The lobby bathrooms were out of service for the days we were there. Our bathroom door handle was not working and door would not close all the way. Side entrance doors did not close all the way allowing non-customers to enter at will. I could go on.

1. There is only one very old elevator for the entire building and the average waiting time is 3–5 minutes. It’s extremely frustrating and probably the biggest downside. If you go downstairs and then realize you forgot something in your room, that’s at least 15 minutes of your time gone. 2. The Wi-Fi. During my 10-day stay, it worked for maybe 3 hours total. 3. The key cards constantly stop working. Every time you come back to the hotel, be prepared to go to the front desk and ask for a new key. (We didn’t keep the cards near our phones) 4. In the room the water from the sink was dirty and had a horrible smell. It was so bad that even people around you could smell it after you washed your hands. I had to wash my face and hands in the bathtub. 5. (This one is specific to the time of my stay): we arrived while there was active construction inside the hotel. Everything was covered in dust, there was construction debris and materials everywhere, the entire lobby was blocked off and there were no restrooms on the first floor. We were only able to see the hotel in normal condition during the last 2–3 days of our stay. Of course, no one warned us about this in advance. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the furniture was not old. Breakfast - 4/10.

Achtung! Das Hotel wird aktuell renoviert. In der Lobby werden aktuell Fliesen gelegt, teilweise läuft man über den nackten Estrich. Da wir zuhause aktuell auch renovieren, war das für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Leider grenzte unser Zimmer direkt an die Laundry und den Aufzug, wodurch es im Zimmer sehr sehr laut war. Wir konnten den Lärm erst nicht identifizieren, die zweite Nacht war echt eine Zumutung, unsere Tochter ist erst 16 Monate. Ich habe das alles gefilmt: Poltern, Schleifen, Lärm mitten in der Nacht. Wer eine unruhige Nacht haben will, ist hier genau richtig…

Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, but that didn't make up for a noisy room that didn't allow sleep no matter how comfortable the beds were that also smelled strongly of urine and a dirty bathroom with a stuck tub/shower diverter. Won't go on about the bathroom, but bring shower/bathroom shoes. And while the property can't control people with poor manners, the noise in the hallway was ridiculous. Kids running and shrieking in the hall. People's cell phones ringing and taking calls in the hall. Yelling from the elevator bay to the end of the hallway... until after 12AM. A $300 room that delivered less than a $80 motel would have.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. This should be noted before making arrangements so the guest can decide if they want to book here or not. Renovations during peak holiday season isn’t ideal. All the tiles in the lobby were removed and had to drag your bags on cardboard boxes. Fixtures were hanging from the ceiling. I was more concerned about the staff than myself. The room was very basic. The elevator sounds and feels as if it needs to be serviced. It jerks more than it should when stopping.
After a long flight, checking into this was shocking.

Unfortunately we weren’t advised about the hotel renovations! The floor surface had been removed & was uneven and a trip hazard! The room itself was clean! Staff were friendly & breakfast was good! I would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere if I’d known about the renovations!
