"If you enjoy your vacation with a older lady with a daughter telling you what to do and how to act in the house, then this place is for you. The hot tub at the house does not work. There's limited toilet paper so bring your own toiletries. And the bedroom I stayed in did not have sheets on the bed. Must read all the rules before staying at this house. The clubhouse water park is not included in your stay. That is an additional fee$"

"We stayed here because our soccer team had a tournament in the area. We had a couple families stay and the price was much cheaper than hotels around the area. The house is beautiful and spacious inside. Has alot of upgrades. At first we thought the neighborhood looked a little off, but we had no issues at all with our stay. We have some other tournaments in this area later in the year and we will definitely be booking to stay here again."

"David is a wonderful host. From the moment we booked until the time we left, he made sure that our stay was perfect. He is excellent in communicating everything we needed to know/The property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and smelled amazing! The rooms were cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The office had a video game machine that could be played as well. There is a TV in every room, so everyone can relax. The back porch is fully screened and spacious.If you are traveling with a pet, the back yard is fully fenced and very spacious. Our pups loved it! They had so much space to roam freely and run around. The community is quiet and gated. A very safe neighborhood. There are a lot of food options just a short distance away.David truly cares for this property and it shows. We really appreciated everything he did during our stay. We were sad to leave, it felt like home!"
