「It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them. 」

That’s not the main problem I had though it was the fact that this place has a bad cockroach infestation that we somehow didn’t know about till day 5. Definitely not staying here again. 「Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. 「The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here 」

Quite frankly, the standard rooms were so much better and I'd say the larger one not worth the extra money.
