"We have used VRBO/homeaway a lot and this is our best vacation home yet! Two adults and two kids at age 6 and 8, stayed 3 weeks at the apartment, that is really a separate house from the rest of the Mommialla' apartments. The view from the terrace is amazing and we had most of our meals outside. It is close to nature, so be aware of ants and wasps. There is a 2 km gravel road before you reach Mommialla, and this means the area is quiet (and your car will be covered in dust from the dry dusty...

"We stayed at this property for two weeks in September 2023. We stayed in the 3 bdr appt with friends of ours. The main draw for us was the central location in Tuscany where we could base our stay. The area is beautiful but the apartment and location have some drawbacks. Pros: The town of Iano is quaint, quiet and with very nice people. "Nice appartement, bright spacious with terrace and kitchen. Everything is groundflour. There is another appartment beside. Dog is welcome. Swimmingpool with outside shower. Other side of the House is upstairs appartment, that can be loud by chairs moving."

"Le personnel est agréable mais il n’y a pas de réception véritablement .. une personne tient une permanence le matin .. le lieu est très agréable mais aucun personnel sur place notamment le soir et la nuit .. nous avons passé deux soirées un peu gâchées par notamment une réception organisée pour des touristes , environ 30 invités .. et ce fut un moment peu agréable en terme de bruit ...pourquoi ne pas privatiser l’endroit dans ce cas ??? l’isolation est également médiocre et le bruit de l’eau...
