“This property is great. Convenient location to everything in the Carlsbad/Encinitas area. I walked every morning to Starbucks and then the beach (about 2 miles roundtrip). The home is very clean and comfortably sleeps 6. We didn't use the kitchen like we planned but looked well equipment. We did go to the communtiy hot tub and pool for an hour or so. It was heated (this was Christmas) and very clean. I enjoyed sleeping with the sliding door open and listening to the ocean. You can view the ocean……

“Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home……
