"The first room we were given was unbearably hot—felt like there was no air conditioning at all. To make matters worse, there was leftover in-room dining food left outside the door, which was really unpleasant. They eventually moved us to another room with better air conditioning, but again, there was food left outside the room. It was disappointing to see the same issue twice."

"The hotel is close to the aiport, 10-15mins by walking. It is clean and tidy. Room got enough space for suitcase. However, there is only limited choice for the complimentary breakfast. Although the food is repeatedly fill, people still have a queue for coffee. Overall, it is an above average choice of stay. "

"In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow "
