“The view and access to the beach was better than expected. Usually the view and proximity to the ocean is never as good as it looks in pictures but this location is about 20 feet from the sand. I had heard that parking was going to be a problem but we were able to park our vehicle in the parking lot next to the Seabird Hotel and never had to move it the 3 days we were there. It was clean and had cooking utensils to use in the kitchen. Shower had good pressure and was hot enough to take……

“We checked in on Monday. got a room in the main Motel 6 building 2nd floor with no balcony. The room we booked and expected had been advertised to be one of the rooms in a separate 1 story building with a balcony; listed under a different owner’s name-Belvilla, it appeared to be a remodeled version of a room we stayed in years ago. The front desk at motel 6 had our reservation and said the remodeled rooms in the separate building were booked. Belvilla aka Motel 6 policy supposedly requires a……

“Even though Brad was remodeling the backyard when we stayed there, he made sure to have all amenities available like a fire pit, bbq, and my wife and I sat at a little table late night enjoying the ocean breeze.The studio in itself is perfect for a couple or even one person to sit, relax and breath some fresh air.”

Very clean and quiet.nicely decorated and near the pier, harbor and several places to eat. Parking was included. We just parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and we had plenty of linens. A great location. The sunsets were the best!”

“The good:1. Location is awesome. The beach is not a beach you can play on with kids but my kiddos loved watching the surfers in the morning and the sandy beach is only a few minutes away. 2. Having the guest house is perfect, we brought our nanny and it gave her the ability to have her own space.4. They have a lot of beach stuff! The toys were good some were broken though. And they do not provide beach towels so definitely bring your own. 3. The host communicated quickly and was nice as well.……
