“I can’t stress how good this experience was. I traveled with my wife for 3 nights. We travel monthly and see a lot, so when I tell you this secrets baby beach was perfect take my word for it. The extra cost is nothing for the return on investment. Butler Erwin was fantastic, food, drinks, people, beach, pools, room, all was perfect. Not one complaint.”

“The only positive thing about our room was the square footage we had. Other than that the cleanliness was not there. Mold everywhere, even on the mirrors. The patio had bird sh*t everywhere. Our room wasn’t serviced one time during our stay. Staff at the pool bar were friendly but menus needed to be cleaned, old food on them. Injured bird floating in the pool for quite some time before it was removed. We were notified at check in the Tuesday night of our stay, they would be “updating the……

“The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly……

Cenamos 2 veces en el restaurante del hotel y los alimentos estuvieron deliciosos, los cocteles del bar también son muy buenos. Tiene un sistema en el cual reservas tu palapa, y aunque las de mejor ubicación tienen costo extra, me pareció que estó fue apropiado por que hizo que el uso de las palapas fuera ordenado, y eliminó el hecho de que mucha gente aparta……

But most of all thank you to Enrique, Kiara and Rafael, casino staff who helped me when I had a bad episode of very low blood pressure and almost passed out. They jumped right into action and kept me comfortable and took loving care of me……
