Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again ”

“My best friends and I wanted to get away for a winter-reset mom getaway and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We absolutely loved our time together at this cozy getaway and can't wait to go back! We played games, watched movies, made a fire, got in the hot tub, had snacks provided by Amy (so yummy, we felt so taken care of), enjoyed the cute matching robes and towel warmers. I even slept like a baby! We spent the entire next day exploring the town nearby and found so many things at the……

“Home was absolutely beautiful and perfect location. Everything we needed for a weekend away was provided, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. The large basement was perfect to hang out in and our kids absolutely loved the pool table. The weather was a little chilly so we didnt really get to utilize the patio but for warmer months the patio would be great to relax on. The back yard was huge and perfect for our kids to run around. The home was very welcoming and we are already planning……

“Wonderfully clean, new renovation and ample space (3 baths!) made this an excellent place to call home for a few days. Beautiful beach on the Rappahannock just down the road (walking or golf cart distance). ”

We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks/paddleboard, and beach, and the views were wonderful from the house and the dock. The quiet location was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely look to stay here again (and possibly rent the house next door) for a larger family retreat. ”
