「很方便」

「Shower amenities - shampoo and conditioner were empty - otherwise things were good」

「Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night.」

「poor」

「What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.」

「The host is extremely kind and you can see all the thoughtful touches around the property. She has everything there for you to enjoy the river, porch and grounds. Very easy to communicate with. The dogs, kids and myself were all disappointed we couldn't stay longer and would love to come back when we have more time」

「PERFECT fit for our weekend away! We’ll be back!」

「Our stay at Fern and Forest was fantastic! We stayed in the three-bedroom unit, which definitely offered a boutique charm. Everything you could possibly need is provided during your stay. Fern and Forest is conveniently right off of Route 17 but sits in a very quiet, relaxing spot. The host could not be more available or attentive to anything you need. This will definitely be the spot where we stay when we return to the area!」

「Fern and Forest is simply wonderful. Very clean and the room smelled amazing. Amy and Josh put a lot of work into this suite. If you forget to bring something, chances are they have it in the room for you to use. To the fresh linens and the robes hanging in the closet, to the clean bathroom and amazing patio area, I have to give this place my highest rating ever. We had such a pleasant experience and we look forward to our next weekend get away here.」

「As advertised. Our only issue was that the beds were not comfortable. Very squeaky and shaky. If the beds were replaced, we would want to stay there on a regular basis.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's property! The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The game room was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Our only suggestion is to improve the cooling on the top floor during peak summer, as that bedroom tended to get quite hot.Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!」

「Great place for a relaxing weekend get away. Deck and porch great places to relax.」

「I have to politely disagree with the ratings for this house. While it is beautiful, there are several significant downsides. There is no safe way to access the water from the pier. The ladder did not reach the water, was in two pieces, and came with no instructions. Fishing line was also strung across the pier at neck height, creating a serious hazard. I contacted the owner, who came to clean it up after our arrival.A machine attached to the mattress under the primary bedroom bed made strange...

「I cannot say enough about this property! House exceeded expectations! Host was great and kept in touch. Would absolutely return and would recommend. Secluded but close to anything you need. We loved it!」

「Amazing house and location. Jessica was awesome--super helpful and responsive. Beautiful!」

「Wonderfully clean, new renovation and ample space (3 baths!) made this an excellent place to call home for a few days. Beautiful beach on the Rappahannock just down the road (walking or golf cart distance). 」

「We had a wonderful stay! Corey was attentive and responsive, and the home was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the spacious yard, incredible views, large gathering area, and beautiful windows. The only minor issue was that the upstairs A/C unit struggled to keep a few bedrooms cool, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely recommend this home to others」

「My family had a great time. The water was great for swimming. Had a place to tie up your boat. The fire pit was great for S’mores.」
