Beaches, shops, and restaurants are just a short drive 🏖️, while buses and taxis 🚕 provide convenient options if you prefer not to drive. The property is located up in the mountains in a rural area so a car is recommended to get around.

📌 Check-in is done in person 🤝 by on-site staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival.

📌 Noise: The accommodation is calm and relaxing—quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM help keep it that way for everyone.

📌 Check-in/out: We apply a strict check-in/check-out policy to ensure sufficient time to get the property ready for the next guest.

📌 Unauthorised Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund as well as reporting to the local authorities.

📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine.

📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

📌 Security: The gated community is safe and secure. We simply suggest locking up when heading out for peace of mind.

📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings.



📹 For your awareness, there are two security cameras on the property—one on the terrace facing the sea and another facing the front sidewalk.



To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of €200. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed. The security deposit will be returned within a maximum of 15 days post check-out date.



Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in requirements have been met.
