“Spacious room with tv and tea/coffee facilities. Plentiful supply of tea etc.
Bathroom also of a good size but shower was a bit lacklustre.
Ideally placed for visiting the Museum of the Royal Navy which includes HMS Victory and The Mary Rose. Also near the Gunwharf Quays area with shops, restaurants and the Spinaker Tower. ”

Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But there’s also a huge car park on the other side of the building.
More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Don’t waste your money in the arcades as there’s loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music.

Strangely, the parking lot downstairs is not the hamilton hotel, but its sister hotel. So drivers have to go to the paid parking lot behind the hotel. It's a little inconvenient.”
“Everything is in average. The hardware is definitely needed to be upgraded.
Staff were nice. If you have plan to dine in their restaurant, be prepared to be very patient for waiting, however food was nice.”
“Just a short walk from the waterfront a good restaurant on the same block. There’s no front counter. You just talk to the person managing the place through two a speakers.”
“If you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy.”
“Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes.
The staff were very courteous and helpful.
I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room.
Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. ”
“property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water……
“No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach.
The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.”
“Although we were in one of the anexes, this hotel worked out well.
Staff were always smiling and laughing with us.
Dinning options with indoor, conservatory, outdoor covered and outdoor gave all the choices you could want . ”
